Manual Handling Training

Introduction This Manual Handling Training Course is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely handle materials and reduce the risk of injury in the workplace. By the end of this course, participants will understand the principles of safe manual handling, recognize potential hazards, and implement best practices to protect themselves and their colleagues. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical exercises, learners will develop the ability to assess manual handling tasks, use proper lifting techniques, and apply risk reduction strategies. This course aims to improve workplace safety, reduce musculoskeletal disorders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
